    Our most popular program - Weekly Moves is focused on body compositional changes, progressive overload, and lots of variation to help you stay engaged and interested. Rooted in the foundational strength training movements and designed to build lean muscle and create a strong, functional, athletic physique.

ENDURANCE MOVES:

  • Level: Intermediate (modifications for Beginner to Advanced)  

  • Total Weeks: 16

  • Number of workouts: 64 (w/o Cardio Blocks)

  • Workout length: 15-45+ minutes (w/o Cardio Blocks)

  • At-home and gym friendly

  • Great for runners and peloton lovers!

    Endurance Moves is a progressive training guide focused on hybrid strength training, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness. Built in collaboration with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength and Condition Specialist, the goal with Endurance Moves was to deliver a hybrid training program that cohesively combines the integral components of strength, mobility, balance, and agility, with complementing personal cardiovascular training blocks–all in ONE place.

BEGINNER MOVES:

  • Level: Beginner

  • Total Weeks: 6

  • Number of workouts: 23 guided workouts

  • Perfect for starting, restarting, or postpartum.

  • Workout length: 30-45 minutes

    This program is designed to lay a firm foundation for anyone and everyone new to exercise or returning to it after some time off. Developed with expert care by Brandon Moss, DPT., you will find a progressive program that safely ensures strength, coordination, balance and core strength is being built which allows you to progress to more advanced programming without injury or burnout. Perfect for Postpartum!

STRENGTH MOVES:

  • Level: Advanced 

  • Total Weeks: 18

  • Number of workouts: 92 guided workouts

    • Workout length: 45-80 minutes

      Strength Moves is recommended for those who have a foundation in strength training and want to maximize their performance through progressive overload over time focusing on "push" (upper/ lower specific days), "pull" (upper/ lower specific days), designed workouts paired with metabolic conditioning training. Traditional Strength Training!

MOM MOVES:

  • Level: Intermediate (trimester-specific)

  • Total Weeks: 24 (broken into 3 repeatable trimester blocks)

  • Number of workouts: 120 guided workouts

  • Workout length: 30-60 minutes

  • MOM MOVES is our prenatal program, designed to provide a safe & effective workout program that grows with you throughout pregnancy. This 24-week program is split into 3 8-week phases, built to accommodate the changes occurring each trimester. Crafted in collaboration with a Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor specialist!

MOVE ANYWHERE:

  • Level: Intermediate 

  • Total Weeks: 4

  • Number of workouts: 20

  • Workout length: 25-45 minutes

    Move Anywhere is designed with convenience and limited equipment in mind! Workouts are shorter and ideal for minimal space-- bodyweight and resistance bands are all that you need to get your workout done while traveling, short on time, etc.
