My goal for this post is to help anyone interested in my workouts to fully understand their options and the benefits of certain platforms for their specific needs:
If you are new here and are wondering what my workouts are like, you can find lots of examples:

Where Should I Start?
I recommend starting with the Move Sweat Shred 8 Week Guide It’s the most comprehensive start to finish option that progressively gets more challenging and gives you a strong foundation for moving forward in my workouts.
OPTIONS (one time purchase, app not included):
PDF: The downloadable PDF allow you to view a day’s workout in an easy to view full picture with interactive links to videos each exercise for demonstration and form correction. The PDF is saved to your computer or phone for life and also allows for a clean printed from home option.
PRINTED SPIRAL BOOKLET: Due to the popularity of printed workouts, we have the whole plan in a spiral bound booklet option for those who prefer to not be on their phone at the gym. It comes with the digital PDF as well so you can always reference your download to view any of the exercise videos.
THE MADELINE MOVES APP
Sharing workouts often is my passion, and the most user-friendly way to do that is through an app platform. This allows me to update often, provide weekly workouts, and also upload more structured start-to-finish plan like MOVE SWEAT SHRED in one place.
Access to the App is a monthly $20 monthly subscription or $200 yearly payment (40$ savings) and will give you the freedom to complete Move Sweat Shred or jump around as you do while incorporating some of the weekly workouts (45 minutes with the option to extend to 70 minutes). App subscribers will have weekly full body workouts! (which I know have become a favorite).
The Madeline Moves App is VERY user-friendly and allows you to track your weights and see progress over time as you get stronger which has been very motivating during challenges like Tighter Together. Here are a few comments about the app from Tighter Together fans:

Circuits are Completed from top to bottom and then repeated as in MSS:

PRINTED WORKOUTS
In the desktop portal of the app, you can go to the JOURNAL TAB to print a workout
I intend to be upfront and honest with you about each area of the different options and the printed workouts available from the desktop portal of the App are not nearly as comprehensive or “pretty” as the PDF version offered in Move Sweat Shred. If printed workouts are your favorite, I recommend the Move Sweat Shred PDF or Printed guide. I’ve included an example of the generated printed workout and it is a skeleton outline of the given workout:
Tighter Together Challenges:
These 30 Day challenges are separate and the workouts are not accessed simply by having the app subscription. Each one is a unique set of very specific workouts + macros + community facebook page + eligiblity to prizes. Entry to those challenges will be completed during certain sign-ups and remains an “event” with certain start dates and end dates. While the purchase is only available before and during the challenge, once your purchase access to the challenge, you will ALWAYS have access to those workouts on the app despite your subscription to the app, so they are yours forever!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. I have already purchased the MOVE SWEAT SHRED GUIDE, does that mean I receive access to the app for free?
No, access to the app is above and beyond MSS alone. It provides access to new weekly workouts and future guides when they become available to the app and is well worth the investment!
2. How many workouts are available on the app per week?
5 Workouts: Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio + Core, and Full Body. They range from 45-70 minutes depending on whether your choose to extend with the last circuit (optional) or not. Take a look at my highlighted IG stories for examples
3. If I have already purchased the Tighter Together workouts via the app, does that give me access to new workouts?
No, Tighter Together challenges are offered as separate group plans on the app and are YOURS FOREVER to keep, but they are separate from the subscription.
4. Can I complete MSS and the weekly workouts from home?
YES. Some machines will be used, but there is usually an easy alternative and you can always e-mail me for the "at-home modifications" for MSS upon purchase (madelinemoves@gmail.com)
5. What will I Need to Complete these Workouts?
HOME WORKOUT EQUIPMENT LIST:
1. DUMBBELLS-- I RECOMMEND A VARIETY IF POSSIBLE, RANGING FROM 5-20 LBS, BUT THE SPECIFIC AMOUNTS WILL DEPEND ON YOUR FITNESS LEVEL.
2. RESISTANCE CABLES WITH HANDLES OR LOOP BANDS (both can be used similarly, but I recommend the LOOP Bands for the banded workout guide on the app) - - (SUBSTITUTE FOR CABLE MACHINE)- THE RESISTANCE ALSO DEPENDS ON FITNESS LEVEL, BUT I RECOMMEND THE 25-30 LB VERSION. For the Loop Bands, I find myself using yellow, red and blue OFTEN! (MC10 is a discount code with hopefitnessgear)
3. KETTLEBELL- THE WEIGHT COULD BE ANYWHERE FROM 15-40 LBS AND ISN'T REQUIRED, BUT IS HELPFUL! YOU CAN ALWAYS SUBSTITUTE A SINGLE DUMBBELL AND HOLD IT ON IT'S END TO CREATE A SIMILAR TOOL
4. MEDICINE BALL- THESE ARE SO VERSATILE AND I DO RECOMMEND GETTING ONE IF YOU CAN-- 10-15 LBS WOULD BE IDEAL.
5. RESISTANCE BANDS- THESE ARE GREAT FOR UPPING THE INTENSITY OF LEG DAY, AND I'VE INCLUDED A LINK AND MC10 IS A DISCOUNT COUNT THAT SAVES YOU 10% AND GETS YOU FREE SHIPPING
6. STEP- COULD BE A CHAIR, A STURDY BOX, ANYTHING
7. OPTIONAL: BARBELL, JUMP ROPE, CARDIO MACHINES
