Hope your Wednesday is off to a great start so far!
Just hopping on to share one of the two workouts so far this week that have both left me just wanting to lay at the pool all day afterwards!. Hopefully you can use some or all of it in planning a workout of your own that will give you the same satisfied feeling of not-wanting-to-move soreness. Just about the only thing that would get me excited to move around are the cuties you'll see in some of pool pictures--my nephew, Carson, and niece, Emma! They are staying with my in-laws this week while their parents chaperone a youth group to camp. I've been extra thankful for Summer recently because otherwise I wouldn't be able to just take them to the pool for an afternoon or make some of these fun memories.

Wrapping up another year of Hilton Head family vacation is always little depressing. This is a week I look forward to each year because it’s predictable in the best way. Weekends are blissful around here--slow starts, snuggles, taking our time at the gym, big breakfasts when we get back and then whatever else we want to fill the day doing. I love weekend morning routines, but I love that they don’t feel like routines. These pancakes; however, should be a part of everyone’s Saturday routine and once you make them it’ll be clear why....

Eating out is fun--and it should be! Whether it’s an anticipated date night, dinner with friends, checking out a local restaurant, or just a convenience on a busy evening. I think it’s important to be mindful that even with good intentions, there is a lot more variability in food served at restaurants than when you prepare it at home....
